Pharmacists are incentivized to use third party software to fill prescriptions which denies customers of network savings. A diligent review of the injury reporting process and the treating physician's office procedures holds the key to improving results. Customers also enjoy getting involved with advising pharamacists to honor the preferred network.

Effective claims management begins with customized claim reporting abilities. ASC partners with Quality Resource Management (QRM) to provide around the clock claim reporting capabilities by phone, fax or internet. QRM enters claims directly into CS STARS' RMIS. Additional features available include:

  • Dedicated claim reporting phone lines
  • Nurse triage of workers' compensation claims
  • Dispatch of appraisers and adjusters to the accident site

This service dovetails into dedicated units. This means on-site adjusters have the required support and can concentrate on adjusting claims in a real-time environment where claim assignments are reported to adjusters immediately.

Accurate

We continually review our operations and procedures—both internally with our staff and externally with our customers—to ensure customer goals and objectives are met. Quality checks and balances are incorporated into each aspect of our functions.

Our exclusive report card system allows customers to see, at a glance, how each claim is processed through the system and whether essential workflows are being accomplished timely and accurately.
