ASC Announces New Corporate Headquarters

Nashville, Tennessee (January 22, 2009) – Alternative Service Concepts (ASC), a full-service, workers’ compensation and property & casualty third party claims administrator today announced that effective April 1, 2008, it will relocate to its new 14,725 square foot facility that will serve as the corporate headquarters for ASC, overseeing more than 160 employees in 21 offices across the United States. The new ASC headquarters will be built at the Two Rivers Corporate Centre, formerly the Factory Outlet Stores retail mall near Opryland Hotel.  The improvement project, owned, managed and leased by SmartSpace, LLC and its affiliates, is one of the earliest examples of commercial adaptive reuse incorporating sustainable development practices in Davidson County.
