We further ensure our success by hiring only experienced claims professionals. Our claim adjusters must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience, our claim supervisors average 15 years of experience, and our management team members average 25 years of experience.
ASC continually monitors claim adjuster caseloads to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with contractual requirements through a monthly process which tracks new claim assignments, file activity and closing ratios.

Complementing the corporation’s commitment to continuing education, ASC's quality and professional standards staff conducts training several times annually to ensure the claims staff remains current on changes in legislation or claims techniques. Training is also outsourced when appropriate.
